Why Performance Training?
Competition drives athletes, coaches, and support staff into a pursuit of excellence. As sport engagement develops, so do performance demands. Supplemental Strength and Conditioning, when executed correctly, can provide an athlete with an edge over a competitor with comparable skill. Athletes may never reach their physical potential without proper coaching and training in sports performance.
Training will be executed in a comprehensive, performance-based program design. ACME Performance Training will include researched-based programs with the intention of increasing strength, power, speed, and agility. Standard injury prevention and mobility factors will be included into the programming to ensure the development of the whole athlete.
Each of our coaches has a degree in exercise science from an accredited University, professional certifications, and experience as a collegiate athlete.
